Storm Warning (1951) movie summary
From the director of The Streetcar Named Desire, the Storm Warning tells us the story of two sisters. One of the sisters realizes that her husband is a member of the Klu Klux Klan, a brute from the South, a very cruel person. The representation of the clan’s member is made from the beginning of the movie with eloquent sounds and images as you can see on the kkk website. The movie is a tale from the times when people of the South tried to get over prejudice and to allow freedom to the black persons. The punishments offered by the klan were death and misery.
A model from New York comes to River port to visit her beloved sister in this kkk history event.
